@zelos yeah!! no spoilers but they're really really adorable together! they don't show up until the second trials of apollo book but they're really major characters in that book, staying in the spotlight for a lot of it, not just a brief appearance. they're really good characters and i wish there was more fanart of them.

I always wanted Percico actually. Because I always saw Percabeth as one of those "I've-known-you-for-awhile-and-you're-a-girl-so-were-in-love" things which I've always hated.
But honestly? People only talk about it because they love it. It is actually not that huge. A much bigger thing would be... A talking arrow. A sassy demigod girl. Leo I mean what?

Is it bad I dislike Percico? I respect most ships but I just don't like it. Don't get me wrong; I don't hold any grudge to anyone who prefers it but I just don't agree with them.

To me it kinda ruins Nico's character development. Will was the obvious match for Nico IMO. But it's clear that Annabeth and Percy were made for each other and as Nico said, Percy is not his type. I like how Nico finally learned to move on and find somebody finally for him to be with. Percy just wasn't that person.

Also, honestly, a 14-year old(some even think he's 13 since Rick made an error when calculating how old he'd be in HoO) dating a 17-year old sounds weird to me. The age difference in Frazel is odd enough.

i agree. i think will is good for nico, since he doesn't treat him like he's gonna break.
honestly, i think that percy and nico would be an unhealthy relationship. we saw what happened to nico, and percy don't get me wrong i love him dearly is a little too oblivious for someone like nico, who really doesn't talk much? and needs someone who's gonna pick up on stuff?

also hazel is thirteen and frank is only like fifteen, so that's not as bad as it'd be with nico and percy.
I agree that something is off with nico's age, but i think it's because rick chose his birthday wrong for the timeline.
but in canon, he's fourteen.

Nobody lets me explain when I talk about ships. Made me hate the YoI fandom. Let me explain now.
I completely didn't notice Will existed until the like confirmation of the pair. So it was weird, who's this guy? He's awful sunny. That's probably part of why I'm not into it, I barely know Will or care about him. As for character arc and compatability, by Neptune I did not mean right in the middle of (HoO)the books! I more meant later. Maybe things change. As for age difference, haha that's nothing. I ship a pair with an eight-year age difference, three is minimal to me.
But honestly I'm not an active or fervent shipper anymore, I'm only defending myself cause, like I said, had a rough time with this among YoI fans.
