Oh easily. Shuichi's okay, don't get me wrong, but Kaede is so much more compelling and likable imo.
The twist involving her is really clever and well-executed, but part of me really wishes they'd just kept her as the main protagonist.
She's so sweet and empathetic, even despite everything. My girl deserved better.
