On another note, just out of curiosity, how many of you here have read the original stories? c:

Or at least a few of them, in class we were required to read some form of ionic literature and then present about it. Naturally I chose the Sherlock Holmes stories, they have an- interesting way of progressing. It adds some to the character since it's all from John's point of view, which I guess is the only possible way because a book written from inside Sherlock's mind would be the kind of thing that inspired some and drove others insane.

I have read every word and then some. There's this hysterical story called "How Watson Learned the Trick" and one written by JM Barrie about his and ACD's failed attempt at writing a comic opera which is ridiculous and wonderful, entitled "The Adventure of the Two Collaborators."
