Been awhile since ive drawn something scene bubblegum-ish. sry if it wasnt supposed to be scene-bubblegum-ish
but thats the vibe that I got from the character and the BG. Drawn while listening to

Yeah I know I altered her tail ring/necklace color and I gave her a barette. Hope it's ok c:
