Highlit contest dog

OK so the colors r out of the lines on purpose cause its suposed to be like the dog glows with its colors. Its only my 5th drawing... THANKS! Hope i win :)

There is a difference between glow and sloppiness. I recommend cleaning it up and trying a different way of making it glow

i love it i get what u were trying to do i cant make things glow on oekaki for my life. dont worry im judging the design not the ability to do hard to do things :)

if you lower the opacity and change the brush to soft round, you can get things to glow. Sorry if i sounded rude, it just looks much nicer
