This is Starburst, she has a rainbow Iris, so she will see nearly everything rainbow and came from a island with many animals, and tropical stuff on it. She keeps a neck lace that helps her through-out life, when she can't see it glows, when she is sad, it opens and plays soft music, when she is happy it will open and play the music she made on her island as a pup.
And her father had a peacock pattern, and her mother was rainbow with a musical note on her head.
