She's a blue roan medicine hat pinto or paint. (Named because they have a marking on the top of the head and the rest of the face is mostly white.) I do have some unusual markings, don't I. If you look at the front of the contest...the background layer, there was an odd symbol there to the right that you put with "Enter my contest"... I used it as the "unusual marking as well as the front shoulder marking looks like a wing. I really like how the colors came together with the light rainbow leopard pattern and even the stripes came out looking like they belonged to the horse. Overall I really like how it turned out even and may just leave it as my only entry. I may create a background later if I know when the contest ends. Don't worry about the mane, all I did was lighten the lineart, it's still there under the whitish silver mane.
I think she looks like a cloudy sky with a rainbow in it.
Her name is a Roman derived combination of Nona and Agrippa. Nona means rare and the suggested meaning of Agrippa is wild horse... hence rare wild horse would be the definition of the horse's name
I took the liberty of making the horse's ears forward, I thought he looked a little sad with the droopy backward ears. If I win the contest I will let you know how to do the roan coloration I did and the leopard spotting.
I hope you enjoy the entry.
