@Mystic- Now the competition is over, this entry did not get chosen. Therefore, you do not own the design, Pickster does, so (S)he must decide who gets it, not you since you do not own the design, Pickster does.

Firstly, I was merged with someone who was holding the contest, not me. We have now unmerged.
Second, the owner of the contest has a right to say that the design can't be used anywhere else, even if they don't win. It is put in most rules of other contests. If the person who created the design doesn't like that, then they shouldn't have entered in the first place.

@Mystic- they did say they had the right, but to be polite, I believe it would be right to say they were keeping the design, to stop arguments like this from happening.

@wolfeh- Yes, you can, because Mystic/whoever-she-was-merged-with never said they were keeping it directly to me, so I'm just going to say that it belongs to me.
