His name is Fenfir; and he is a Caedo.
A Caedo is a wolf-like demon who is spawned from a being is killed by another being for enjoyment. Caedoes (Plural) live in the center of hell and torture those who have killed for pleasure. As a traveling demon, that means they are known to be found of earth sometimes as 'guides' to trick one to end another's life for fun, so that Caedo can torture them. They manipulate people's minds, getting them to think murder would be fun. And as demonic beings; they have no fell of right and wrong, and do what they please.
They are known as tricksters, and love to have fun. The decent of a scorpion/wolf, their tail is barbed at the end with a stinger that injects a fatal poison. Caedoes have a long-forked tongue and no eyes; only little orbs that float in the eye-socket and float around, changing shape to one's mood. They only have three toes and the third is a Raptor claw; I forgot to mention Caedoes are very skinny, and apear emaciated but nobody knows if they are healthy or not, they live for about 800-900 years though.
Fenfir, in particular, has a darker coat (opposed to the normal red-orange coat colors) with a black tongue and green eyes matching the poison he produces. His teeth are tartar covered due to years of not chewing bones, and only eating meat. Fenfir is a mean little-bugger, being a master trickster (not only with his duties in hell) on earth most the time he has found ways to manipulate people minds in far different ways the Caedos are used to; he has them do random things: Like doing the chicken dance in their under wear, making them bake him pies, forcing them to fall flat on their face and what-not.
He takes pride in what he does.
