I added Ridley-shock (see gallery X3) hyenastripe hair, but the white shock (semi-immortality) can be altered or blackened if you don't like it, along with the hat and stripe.
I used the bright white against blue for the extra contrast, hope you like unnatural color!
I you don't have any name ideas yet I have a few: Cesium, Menteith, or Tybault.
