Yeah sorry if the design is a bit complicated... I was trying to make it look like a peacock.

If this design doesn't win, I'll use it as a Fursona.

Ya, this does kinda look a lot like the entry I posted on this same competition...

[Acidic Angel]

There are big differences.
1. Mine has different markings;
-Lighter colours,
-Greeny colour on it's hips,
-Different wing colour,
-No white on the legs,
-Different eye markings,
-No dark grey on the muzzle,
-Different tail markings(slightly).
2. Mine has the peacock symbol of tufts on it's head.

Open both these link and compare the 2 images.

I can't argue that they are both based on peacocks but they are far from exactly the same.
