This is Glenn. He's your pre-school/kindergarten/elementary school bully - or the little kid that tries to stop the bully from picking on him. You choose which (or don't choose and do something different! Who am I to tell you what your characters are like!) basically he likes to try and look tough. The chain bracelet is made out of one of those kiddie chains you can find on some toys - hence the colors - and the leg protector he made out of cardboard. The necklace is a planet with a ring around it, he picked it up somewhere. And the earring are broken Cheerios. Why are some of the lines white? His fur is fiberoptic, which means the very tips of the furs glow. However, it's only certain parts that glow, mainly the main, the tail tip, and some especially scruffy parts around his face. The eye color is darker than I expected, I might go back in and lighten it up a bit. But otherwise, here he is!
