Here’s a little critique for you:

On the face where the gradients of the greys are, try making it a little more consistent or match the flow on the paws. It’s just a little patchy.

Personally I love monotone designs but, adding a single other color that isn’t black, grey or white would look great as well. Pastel and saturated colors are best for that.
