What are Himalayan Mountain Dragons?

Himalayan Mountain Dragons are large elk sized dragon-like creatures, that are said to be descendants of the Eastern European Dragons that have adapted to the cold snowy weather of the Asain Himalayan Mountian rage.
Himalayan Mountain Dragons normally have thick manes on their backs and tails. Thier long thin ears pick up echoes and distant sounds, and their long tails help them grab onto ledges or nearby objects to hang by or climb. HMDs can also grow horns of many types and they can even breath fire! Their fur though, normally natural colored can be very colorful, as these creators can adapt to many different environments.
HMDs are omnivores, they mostly eat red meat or fish and snack on nuts and berries. In times when food is scarce, they will also eat things like bread or squash and scavenge. They, however, can't digest things like grass and roots.
Himalayan Mountain Dragons can be very territorial in the wild and will attack anything they see as a threat, young HMDs can be skittish in the wild though and tend to run away. Demonstrated HMDs are very friendly, cuddly, and highly social and make very loving and loyal companions.

Himalayan Mountain Dragons Life:

Himalayan Mountain Dragon babies hatch from bowling ball sized eggs that are rough and textured like stone, their parents take turns breathing fire onto the egg slowly to keep it warm in its nest made of piled rocks.
Baby HMDs at this stage won't have horns or be about to breath fire or fly, but they are cute little fluff balls that have extra fluffy and soft fur to keep them warm.
As a child HMDs start to spread their wings and like baby birds, learn to fly! babies can be very active and playful, they also eat the most at this stage.
Teen HMDs will start to lose all that extra baby fur at this stage and start to grow their horns. most of a HMDs feature show at this time in their lives and they even start using their fire at this time.
As Adults Himalayan Mountain Dragons can now breed and fly at top highths and speed. Adults will do most of the hunting and protecting of their families or pack.

Just finished the lines now, no extra time is needed! sorry for sitting on this for a few days, the holidays make everything a little crazy. If my species is chosen I can also add nursery/child/teen lines or draw them up separate from these lines, I will also be adding face/eye ref later.
