A bit of genetics help for you --

Based on how black the dapple grey looks I am going to assume it is over a black base (EE or Ee).

There would be no agouti expression as it is not a bay (aa).

The grey gene can be expressed as homozygous or heterozygous (GG or Gg).

As for the "paint" you have to classify it as Tobiano, Overo, Tovero, Sabino or Splash. Based on the way that you made the markings I would assume this is a Tobiano (TT or Tt).



Based on the above information your phenotype would be:
Dapple Grey (Black) Tobiano

Based on the above information you could have the following as possible genotypes:
EE | aa | GG | TT - Offspring would always be black based (Ee), grey (Gg), and have tobiano (Tt)
EE | aa | Gg | TT - Offspring would always be black based (Ee) and have tobiano (Tt)
EE | aa | GG | Tt - Offspring would always be black based (Ee) and grey (Gg)
Ee | aa | GG | TT - Offspring would always be grey (Gg), and have tobiano (Tt)
Ee | aa | Gg | TT - Offspring would always be tobiano (Tt)
Ee | aa | Gg | Tt - Offspring would have no predetermined genes
