Ok, so didn't turn out quite how I hoped but hey ho here it is ^^
The black and yellow coil around her tail is a string of fairy lights, and the same with the lights on her wing, they are also fairy lights on a string, I put the lantern there just because, it dosn't have to be a part of the char (:
