DO NOT ASK FOR A CUSTOM!
Only 4 Rupiln's per person, to prevent fights, and let other people get a chance.
Only the owner of the species (me, Skunky92) may have more than 4.
Staff Rules-
Only 1 custom per guest artists, 2 per artist, and mods can ask a ga/artist for 1. (the only 4 rule DOES still apply)
GAs can only make 10 adopts before they are no longer allowed to make adopts (including 1 custom for themselves if wished)
No eye burning colors, neon/bright colors are fine, nothing too flashy though.
line edits are allowed, but not to big/often. The amulets design, however may NOT be edited.
