This dog was once the most colorful k9 you ever seen till it met it's arch nemesis... Bleach! (That stuff you mum put on clothes, not the show). Now that the dog's fur was whiten out like fallen snow, the poor blank canvas try to repaint it's fur with what left of the tiny speck of colors of it's originally colors. Draw up a paint brush that sparkle with colors of creative imagine, this splat hero is out to color the greying world and bring artistic back to justice! With oh so colors and sparkles. (Because there nothing wrong then covering villains and such with sparkles)
