Artist Rules
♦ You can make as many designs as you want in a month, but 2 per month are required if you want to stay an artist.
♦ You can only have 1 cat up for adoption at once (per person)
♦ You can't create a cat for yourself
♦ When you create a cat to adopt, put a red dot to show it, and after the cat is adopted remove the dot.
♦ After the adoption proccess is over, Edit your original post and put this with the cats information~
