Second Corki artist entry!
He (or she- mostly he) is based off abstract art! Or, maybe some random paint blotches. Art, anyways.
He is a dull-yellow-ish color with eyes that are the same color as his colorful and scribbly markings, along with his nose and paws. light, pastel blue and red 'pink' stripe his back legs and snout. His legs have lots of fluff on them, it seems, with an odd colorful flowerlike mark on his shoulder, a fluffier tail than normal, and tufted ears.
His liquid is dirty water (probably from paint) with a piece of paper with colorful scribbles all over it.
