Entry #3!
--
I'm going to have to put the info down tomorrow. ^D^
i love calicos! i figured i should probably put up a female, also, considering my other
two are males. fun fact- the vast majority of calico/tortie cats are female, due to t
he males have only one X chromozone, where as females have two.
any way, as stated, i decided this would be a female. but, as i said in my previous entries,
everythingis completely changable. all these suggestions are simply that. merely a
resource at your disposal.
*akward cough* ok, on with it; personality wise, i see her as a friendly cat. who, perhaps,
has a bit of a grumpy side sometimes. i feel like she would be a playful, joking cat who
has a strong sense of humor and sarcasasm. a little sassy? i think so. she might come off
as a bit harsh to some, but they just have to understand that's how she acts. she doesn't
mean any harm, she is just being playful. i like to think she was a bit like sandstorm in
her apprentice days. perhaps actually a bit mean, she would tease you. i'm just throwing
ideas out there. but now, i think, she has grown rather sweet, in her own way.
backstory? i'm sorry, i'm not all that good at this. i feel like there really isn't much to
tell about these cats. it all really comes down to what you are using them for. are
they going to be put in a roleplay? that sounds like a brilliant idea, but what kind
of clan will they be in? will its customs be altered from the original four? i think
i'm just going to leave this up to you.
i haven't really decided on a name, mostly because there are so many out there!
perhaps less than usual, considering calicos arent so common, but still quite
a few. a few prefixes i liked were Bright-, Gannet-, and Mottle/d-, and Cherry-.
Bright- refers to a predominately white cat, with patches of a bright color,
like the orange tabby that is on this cat. Gannet- implies, suitingly, a white cat with
orange tabby and black patches. if your up for something unusual, that is the one
for you. mottle- is, as you would think, means a patched or spotted cat of
any color. cherry- means a white, dark orange, or ginger cat. i think it could
work here, but that's up to you. as for suffixes, -storm stood out to me
for this one. it means a generally unpredictable cat, with ups and down
moods. generally with a sharp toungue, but that doesn't mean harm.
that's what i think atleast. then there is the usual -fur and -pelt.
i think they would go well with any of the prefixes. then there is
-foot. it implies a cat that is particularly quick on their feet,
which i think would be cool for her. which means her skills would
include swiftness, and she would probably be a relatively small cat.
