I used the stitched mouth because the lyrics say "We can live like Jack and Sally if we want " so I did a mouth like Jack's :
The cobwebs because it says:

I gave it green eyes because the lead singer of Blink 182 has green eyes.
the cloud is meant to be a dream cloud
"I cannot sleep I cannot dream tonight "
and the words in the dream cloud are the song title"
