Unfortunately - I can't accept this as an "entry" as it does not follow 2 of the rules - They are not allowed to be neon colors, unless rare occasions. You've used almost nothing but neon/pure colors, and I can't accept that. Also the fact the tail tip and feathers are suppose to be the same color. ^-^;
