Yes you are allowed to have as many entries as you want, I am not the host of this competition though. Check out my entry but please do not copy my ideas, I consider it art theft.

I <3 Smiles is correct. You may have as many as you like, as long as you complete them before the competition's end. Any incomplete designs will be disregarded.
I'm going to be inactive, you may kick me out of RPs as you see fit, but I wish to keep my job in Adoption Centers. {Kaffiene Kittens, Dragoats} Thank you RP owners and AC Owners for your time.
