Brief personality: Roxus is still very much a cub, he's very bubbly, happy, and giddy. But he doesn't believe that everything has to be grown up at times, and vice versa . He hates darkness because he needs light to create colorful scenes that reflect off the grey wasteland. he spends most of his days endlessly playing with cubs and showing them what rainbows are, but to make a real rainbow he occasionally asks a water lion to help..
