In Depth Design Description:
She's a spirit of constellations. She constantly keeps her floaty stars that orbit her close. They have no specific shape, and move around in a 'free form' matter besides the one's at the end of her tail, they form a spiral. The stars and her feet have a soothing glow that's always there, and leaves a slight glow behind in her foot print for a few seconds before it fades away. There is a constant number of stars she has, which you can decide if you keep her. Soon as one star fades away another one appears right after. The coloration of her coat is to symbolize a night sky, being dark at the bottom and light at the top. Her paw pads are dappled in a light blue c:

Raina, Rana, Tailiha, or simply 'moon' if you'd like.
