The tiger markings are a galaxy, the feathers he have are from a magic bird that glows, and his horn have a permanent mist that lingers.
He also has gauges in the bottom of his ears, as well as a two balls and an industrial bar in the very top of his ear c: (I love peircings hngggg♥)
