Well.. I apologize if there's some MLP laws I disobeyed.. because I really know nothing about MLP. I just thought of a design.. that's okay. Hope you enjoy.

Cutiemark and Talent: Her cutiemark is a twig, and her talent is painting.
In Depth Design Description (down to the last accessory!): Weeeeeeeel. She has a white basecoat with a few stripe-like markings along the green dorsal stripe on her back. These are the same color as her dorsal stripe. her wings are a light baby blue, as is her horn, and her eyes are a beautiful purple.
Suggested name (if any): -Shrugs.-
Idealized History and Occupation: Um... well... Artist as an occupation? I don't know anything about MLP. x3
Do you hold any interest in becoming a QUOTE Character artist? (just to know for future reference): Well, not sure.

You have an interesting design idea. I like how you made it look like an abstract piece of art in terms of markings; it's unique and special. Now, in terms of improvement, maybe make her wings and horn a shade of green, too? At any rate, you have a cool idea. But maybe try to spruce it up a bit, give a couple of accessories and a tail
