It's part binturong, part pangolin, part tufted squirrel, part german shepard and part I don't know some sort of dino/dragon :P
It's finished now, I'm not too happy about the colors, though.
The German Turongolin is a species that normally makes its habitat in the deserts, but it can also be found in temperate forests. The size is about the size of a zebra, and its diet consists of cactus meat (using its large claws and thick, scaled skin to slice the cacti to pieces) and small lizards and birds. It uses the small wings on its back to help regulate body temperature; standing straight up to catch the sun's rays or beating alternately to fan the turongolin. It has a long, prehensile tail that it uses to climb trees, especially in the temperate forests, and also as a weapon to fend off predators and to take down its prey. They hatch from crystalline eggs that are often mistaken for gemstones by explorers and tourists. When a baby hatches, it is completely defenseless so it uses its extremely tough eggshell as a shield until it is old enough to defend for itself; the eggshell, being worn so long, becomes grafted into the sides and remains there as a secondary defense mechanism.
