It's quite simple^^ Oh, and ignoreth the timer. And the thing around it's eye is supposed to be a heart, but...
OMG the heart on it's thigh is sooo good <3

I absolutely love this design! The blue and white look lovely over each other! And the hearts are simply elegant and well placed. The eye could perhaps be a lighter shade of blue but it would look fine without it! Thank you for entering this wonderful design! c:
