Well then, Shame on me for making it a little more complicated than it needed to be.. Geez. I don't expect this to win because I could have done so much better but it doesn't matter... I saw that you liked chartreuse so I had to use it, so I did. The swirl things are black, the Layer's opacity(Or what ever you call it) is just lowered. The left eye is a lighter shade of turquoise than the right eye. Only the swirls on the muzzle have to be precise (The others can just be random). If this does place, you may change it all you like

If you, Enderwoman, have any suggestions feel free to tell me them. I'll be happy to change it to your desires.

The design is awesome! Very creative I just suggest making the bottom of the paws a solid color.
