If you are not entering the contest and are instead using kit kin for your own personal gain it is in fact art theft. If you wanted art of the rune your trying for in kit kin form you should've order a custom and paid for it just like everyone else. You are NOT allowed to use this in your form for the rune you want.
Never put a sock in a toaster....
