Costume(details?): CHARLIE IN THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY! I based it off the old Willy Wonks played by Gene Wilder. I tried to mimick his costume as best i could with out "making the horse uncomfortable". the undershirt (white Part) works like a Breast plate so its somewhat normal. The "Coat" Ties around the neck and drapes over the back.
