I think you know who this is but this is Alice from Alice in wonderland. In your description It says not much yellow but I had to use it for her hair. I am not very good at detail so it might look cheap but if no place I would like to keep it. So The blue and white part is part of her fur it is not added clothe and her paws are her shows with blue bracelets. The shoes they aren't like add on clothe it is her paw fur. Also there is that string thingy on her tail just to add some zing to it.
