The shop runner will be my second in command. While I am so busy with school work and such, they will be keeping things running smoothly by checking on the Lytes to make sure they are updated, making sure customers are getting their orders filled, keeping an eye on the archive to make sure its updated as well and also checking to see that the rp is up to date among other things. The Shop Runner is also free to be an artist on the side if he/she feels they have time.
Some perks to being a Shop Runner:
1. All hired help must listen to you.
2. You create the main post.
3. You may create as many adopts as you like and keep as many as you like.
4. You are privileged with keeping dear Flare as your personal assistant Lyte.
5. If you are also an artist, then you receive payments for the Lytes that you created.
Ever since I first saw the Shop I loved it dearly. Although I was always afraid too post. So every now and then I would look at all of the Magnificent Faerie Lytes amazed by your Talents! I mostly Loved Faeria. She looks so much like a Fox! I also love how you said

That one little bit made me almost snort like a pig. Although I didn't. I just Love how you raised the shop and I hope I can do the same as you did while you're off in College.
I don't really think I would change much but I would change the Setup.
I would put up a Table of Contents so you can click and got too all of the other pages without having too scroll down and down until you finally reach where you want too go. The Archive would get it's own forum. And Of course so would the Role plays, and the interaction thread. I would make sure too tell you if I change anything though.
I have but no one has ever adopted from them. But I have been a Mod at many different successful shops where I accept peoples forms make sure there is no Spamming or fighting. I would adopt some too though. But I have never ran a successful shop. They all died right after I posted them. So That is basically my answer. But I can aware you I would be perfect for this Job and I would Die if I got the Job, so I hope I can Get it. Now go ahead and read the rest of my very, very long Form!

As Shop runner I would be second in command. I will also be like a co-founder, because I will be another Artist help Update he page. Watch everyone and make sure they get there orders. For extra I could be like a Mod. Make sure everyone is being kind. Not whining if they didn't get the Faerie Lyte they wanted. I would also help make sure there was no Spamming. I don't know about you but I hate spammers.I Will make sure the Archive is Beautiful and up too date. As well as the Role Play. I would also make us a Semi Lit RP. For those who would like every one too post at least a Paragraph. Oh and there are also some perks about the job I want!

This basically means I will be like the owner, but I won't because you are. But I will be giving Orders. Like helping Artist's out on making Adoptable for First come First serves or even you enter with a form where you say like Personality, Art, History, Ext.

On This I definitely don't know what too say. I am surprised though. But If it is a Perk you want too give too the Shop Runner than You may! But I would still want you as a Artist while your gone, If I get this Job, You are way Better than me. I can only draw a Winnie the pooh head, That means You tube Art lessons for Me!

This is truly kind but I will only want too keep two too keep it fair. seriously think. If everyone is allowed a limit then i have about five over the limit, people are going too complain. I would definitely change something about this if i Get the Job. I seriously do

I would Kiss and Hug you if you would give me the job because of everything but most of all I get to have the Beautiful Flare as my Assistant. I am actually stunned by you giving her up.

Why I am not a Artist yet, but I will do some Lytes now and then, Probably most of them on Saturdays and Fridays. Because I am going in too Fifth grade this year. And I will be doing Homework Monday- Wednesday. Then on Thursday Reading for at least an Hour or half and hour. Then on Sundays I have Church until Noon. And almost every day after church we eat lunch until 3:00. I also have Family trips a lot so I will put that in My signature every time we are going too be gone for more than a day or two.
This form Probably took me two hours and 30 Minutes.

The Artist's job is the one that really spreads joy and laughter everywhere because they are the main people that create the Faerie Lytes.
