Paintbrush. ^^ just played around with spacing and scattering. Don't remember the numbers, but the paintbrush was set round a 2 or 3.
And leg markings were drawn on a different layer with black and I set the transparency lower of that layer.

I never thought of a different scatter setting! I can see that now XD
@leg markings, I thought so ^ - ^
Never thought of using scatter like that, but it works really well ^ - ^
