My first entry, hope you like it.
He/She's a semi-chimeric tobiano. Yes, it is possible, my local stable own a little pony similar to this entry, but different markings.
It's also quite common, so I only listed it as semi-chimeric. He also has a sock and two stockings, plus a coloured mane. On his other side he has a bald face, but both eyes are a light blue. I've listed all of the colours used. ^^
