Here's my entry. :] Hope you like it!

It's a female Brittany Spaniel. I can remove the eyelashes if you want. (So it could be a boy too)

The sky and clouds it just a decorative background. But it's up to you if you want her/him to fly!
I am working on a companion.

I may edit the coat a little...

And...the time is not accurate. I took long breaks and left the computer on sleep...
