I hope Ballet Likes him, anyway, if you don't know why one of the eyes doesn't have a pupil (the hole in your Eye that lets in light I think, it looks like a black dot) and it's a bluish gray, it's because he's blind in that eye. I'll post it without shading so you can she the markings a little better.

I couldn't get the exact same bluish gray because it was already blended in.

With the blind I got rid of the pupil added a blueish gray and blended it together and repeated it until I thought it looked good (I had to do some blending on the lines layer because for some reason even though I erased the lines I couldn't see it underneath where the pupil was even though I made sure I got under there) and for the glow around the glowing charm I used airbrush with the same color and I did the same on the tail lightly but with the color of the dark blue markings.
