made another scince my first was a bit to colourful:
Why do you wanna be an Sealgon Artist?: because im on most of the time and it will save me from boredom, also i love being creative and coming up with designs
How much time do you have?: A LOT, im on every day
why do you derserve to win?: not sure i do deserve to win, but maybe because i love designing and it would be fun to work with you guys

LIkes: I love the colours and the way you shaded it. You also coloured the lines, with is a big plus

Dislikes: The markings on the male is a no go. remember that the line that goes from his tail, over his belly, over his arm and then to the back on his neck, is not natural.

It would be better is the line run along his tale, up his back and then to the neck ^^ the same goes with his tail.

but then, good job. a little bit messy with some on the nails, but its a good try ^^
