Entry

Postby DragonLoverHere » Sat Feb 25, 2012 2:10 pm

Okay, for this entry, i started with a Bernese mountain dog base. then, i considered how the blue would fit in. i ended up with layered stripes, looking something like a target or rose. to make some boldness to the design, i made the markings transition from a teal to a light blue as they got higher. the eyes are ice blue, and there are three faint rings around the muzzle that are sky blue, teal, and grey. Now, there is a small marking on his neck that is harder to see, but it is there, kind of his birth marking. under his eyes are blue wing like markings, i will go into detail so you can see them soon, also will make his birthmark magnified.

the eagle buddy is a stormy grey with blue eyes, and when it is in the sun it has a sky blue iridescence. it normally looks plain black white and grey, but only in the sun or in light does the blue appear. the wings of the wolf also do not have blue appear until in sunlight, so that is how they are similar.

will finish description later, please wait

Nice! I'd love it if you entered again but with a little more natural design. :3

no prob! i have time to make another tomorrow, and i could lighten up the markings on this one to make it more natural. would you prefer the markings be more faint, or fewer? either way, it makes it more natural
