My design for Skittlelicious's character contest. Obviously, I'm not done yet, but I'm working on it. C: Comments and positive critique are welcome.

Skittlelicious, do you want any sort of accessories on your design, or it that up to us?

EDIT: Gave him a dark blue scarf, as compliment to Skye's bandanna, and a pair of miniature devil wings. His eagle buddy is a White-Bellied Sea Eagle. Unless there is anything else you'd like me to do, I think I'm done. I tried to keep my entry fairly simple.
