Your original rules said nothing about you selling off the designs after the contest - you stated you were keeping all the designs, not selling them, and people may have not entered if they'd known you intended to make a profit off of their work. Withholding that information until the contest was over, especially when it appears that selling the designs was your intention all along, makes it seem like you were deliberately concealing your intentions to get more entries, as some people would not enter a contest where they knew their entry would be sold off whether they won or not.

Also, using the designs entered in your contest in that way may violate the rules of use for this lineart, which specifies it may not be used to create adoptables. Holding a contest and then selling off every design made for that contest is little more than trying to exploit a loophole in the artist's rules, as you're effectively just having other people make adoptables for you to sell by means of a contest.

Yes... I agree. I would not have entered if it had said that. I'm fine with you keeping it, but I dont want my entry I created to bring you profit. I consider that stealing.

I agree completely, it greatly bothers me to know that you will just sell off the designs I work hard to create.

I assure you that when I created this contest, I had every intention to keep the designs and make them Skye's mate. I planned on making a page for said character and loving the winning character very much. However, in the last month or so, I realized I'm not that interested in chicken smoothie. I haven't been, other than to get art of my dog. To keep the characters would be unfair, in my opinion, because they would not get the love they deserved at all.
I don't mean to break the rules in any form, I would never intentionally do that. I didn't realize tha it was no allowed. Everyone can keep their characters, consider them not my property in any way or form. I really didn't mean to break any rules or upset anyone.
