That's pretty much a rip-off. It wasn't fair. Sure ou forgot, but you could have bumped up the prize since so man people entered. Why would they be after a common?

Yeah. Even though I won, I am keeping my entry and will only let you use the pumpkin inside the bump. The full design, I'm keeping that.

Um u cant do that I choose to keep the winning desighn ':| and I know I am sorry when I made this I had a stupid test that was HUGE and didnt have time to put up the prize and when I got home a lot of people entered b4 I could put it up

Yes they can. Its a common and its really rude to do that. At least bumo it up to that and 2 uncommons
