-Leave the names on the characters
-Put their name on the line once you're done
-Design it however you want!
-If you lost, you may keep your designs!

Telescope won third for her design! The back's circles almost reminded me of a peacock's feather. I really liked the way the tail and hair matched. PRIZE GIVEN
