If you tell contestants that they are able to win a specific CS pet or something similar in one of your competitions, you must come up with the goods at the conclusion of the contest.

So, for example, if you offer a zebra as 1st prize for a character design contest, you MUST award a zebra to the contest winner at the end. You can NOT swap the prize for something different partway through a competition. The only chance of swapping prize in this case is if the prize winner IS HAPPY to take a different prize and both parties agree on the change.

I am really hoping that you aren't abadoning this contest. IF you didn't have any contestants, it may be okay, but, you have more than five. You need to decide on a winner, or you will be reported. It is way past August 3rd and it is not that hard to decide on the winners. Please reply before September 1st. If not, I will report you.
