I wanted to have ahcracter for a story I was writing. I thought that this pictuer suited the character. All I need is someone who is less lazy than me to design it.

Her name is Lunessa.

I would really like it if you could make a few little accents glow. I would also like it if you gave her a natural, dark base color... sometimes white will work though. As long as she's not very girly with too much pink, or too gothic with lots of blood and scars, etc. She'll be fine.
