After, well, a really long time on here I've come to the conclusion that i have too much stuff. I dont really play on here much anymore, and these guys are just sittin here collecting dust.
Ive decided id rather have characters then this mass of pets, so ive decided to host a competition for OC designs! I'll be looking for a few 'themes', but in case they dont speak to you there will also be a 'wild card catagory'. Each main theme will consisit of prizes from a tiered placement system, from a linked group of pets. No pets will be removed from those groups, though pets may be added. 1st places will chose their prizes first, 2nd will chose second etc. Once those placements are chosen, any wildcard winners outside the 1st,2nd,3rd placements will then get to select their prizes.
I want there to be many entires as i plan to give out as much as i can in this manner, so the end date for entries will be November the 21st of 2025, a day before my birthday.
Some rules and regulations to know;
You can submit as many entires as you would like, id prefer if you did for them to be under one post with a cover or something akin to that.
I will mainly be looking for designs and how they speak to me, and as there is no general base, i wont be judging on lineart quality though it may help get your idea across. But if that is a concern know that i will rank a design that speaks to me higher then a high quality bland design.
Follow all CS rules in regards to art, and please be polite to one another.
Non oekaki submissions are allowed, however they will need to be posted to this main thread to reduce any oekaki spam.
If a base is used for non oekaki submissions, original creator must be credited.
This is for prizes specifically, i have it set so any pet i want to fully keep is in the group labeled retirement. I sorted the rest best i could, but as wildcard prizes can pull from any group other then the comp tier groups, there is a possibility i may have missed a pet. If this happens and you select a pet o want to keep with no duplicates, I'll absolutely make it up to you and let you know. I will also honour if ive left any valuable pets outside the comp groups as wildcard prizes.
I will not claim any design until winners are chosen. Any design not chosen will remain your design to do with as you like. By entering, any designs chosen will belog to me after the contest ends.
I will go over the themes, and general preferences for wildcard entries then the prize system I'll be using. Mods, if i need to alter how this is being set up prize wise please let me know and i will adjust.
