✧ please put effort into your character design, QUALITY over QUANTITY
✧ off oekaki entries are allowed
✧ bases are NOT allowed, on or off oekaki
✧ if your design is not chosen, you may do whatever you wish with them
✧ if you back your design out of the contest, you can't re-enter it
✧ do not copy/colorpick existing characters, these must be original
✧ any characters made from the inspiration animes cannot be exact copies
✧ follow cs rules!
