oh i should probably ask since im wanting to try
we have to do it with the base right? bc sometimes i find it harder to draw on bases than my own lineart-

It can be on any lineart or off-base! Just most people seem to like to use this base c:

What kind of wings are allowed? Butterfly, Angel, Chibi, Dragonfly, etc.?? And what do you mean by graceful designs? Like swirls?

Any wings are great! And by graceful yeah! Swirls, sparkles, elegance c:
Also announcement as more entries have been made, I'm adding prizes for 4th & 5th place too!
Will be closed on the last day of November unless extension asked for & judged soon after c:
